People who are picked up and dropped off at home daily will be charged $33.00 per week for transport fees. This fee also includes the cost of using transport during programs and activities.
People who independently travel to and from BDS will be charged $16.50 per week for transport to access community based programs and activities.
The figures above reflect a person attending Day Program activities 5 days per week (30hrs). Part time attendance will be charged accordingly.
Examples:
1. Person attending 5 days a week and being picked up and dropped off daily - $61.00 per week
2. Person attending 3 days a week and being picked up and dropped off daily - $36.60 per week
3. Person attending 5 days a week travelling independently to and from BDS - $44.50 per week
4. Person attending 3 days a week travelling independently to and from BDS - $26.70 per week
IF you are going to be absent for a period in excess of 4 weeks you can apply to have your fees reduced. Please refer to the Service Fees Policies and Notification of Member Absence forms below (Click the BLUE links)
