Work with us
We are always looking out for dynamic and creative people to provide high-quality services to the people we support.
We provide group-based and individual services to our clients within the community, their homes or at our centre, and strive to deliver the best possible services at all times.
If you are an effective communicator and thrive on daily challenges to support people to achieve independence and achieve their personal goals, we encourage you to keep BDS in mind as an employer.
NOW HIRING - Casual Support Workers
BDS has recently received a number of requests for weekday and weekend mornings, afternoons and evenings to support people to participate in recreational and social actvities. As the NDIS expands into the Hume and Moreland region, our requests for services are growing rapidly and we need to expand our team to meet this demand.
We are currently seeking people with flexible availability to work with adults and children with a wide range of interests and needs on an individual basis and in small groups.
We take pride in matching the right support worker to the right person to ensure success and positive outcomes.
Please send you resume and a cover letter telling us about you, any experience that you may have had, your skills and interests to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that all applicants are required to provide a Police Records Check (less than 6 months old) and consent to verification of eligibility against the DHHS Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme.
A valid Working With Children Check is required when supporting people under 18 years of age.
