For families

We will help you understand the services we offer, how much they cost, how they can help your family member reach the goals identified in their NDIS plan.

If we can’t provide what you want, we will advise you of this at the time of request. This may be because we do not provide what you are asking for.

We will work with you and your family member to work out what supports will best meet their needs. Once we have worked out what services they need and that we can provide them, we will give you a quote – a document that explains the supports and costs for NDIS to fund these services.

If you are happy with the quote, we will develop a service agreement. The service agreement will outline the services and supports you will receive, how much they will cost, your starting date and anything that needs to be arranged before your service starts. This could include things like a support profile, medical support plan, behaviour plan, and specific staff training.
